Children's Privacy
Our website and services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 except through the Bridge Assessment, which is designed for teens aged 12-18 and requires verified parental consent before any information is collected. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will promptly delete that information.
Teen Privacy and Special Protections
We take teen privacy extremely seriously. The Bridge Assessment is designed with built-in protections to ensure teens feel safe sharing honestly:
- Teen Control Over Sharing: Teens choose their sharing preference before completing the assessment. They may select "Full Sharing" (parents see all responses) or "Category-Only Sharing" (parents see summary categories and focus areas but not individual answers).
- Safety Override: Regardless of sharing preferences, responses that indicate safety concerns (self-harm, abuse, or crisis situations) are always shared with the parent and flagged for immediate attention. This is disclosed to teens before they begin.
- Parental Consent: A parent or legal guardian must initiate and purchase the Bridge Assessment. Parental consent is required before any teen information is collected.
- COPPA Compliance: The Bridge Assessment is designed for teens aged 12-18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without verified parental consent in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
